Jess & Tanc's wedding was one of those days that perfectly summed up why I love documentary wedding photography. Jess wore every emotion on her sleeve, going from howling with laughter to heartfelt tears within moments, never once worrying about hiding how she felt. Watching her fully embrace every part of the day made it such a joy to photograph.

Their celebration began with a beautiful Catholic ceremony at the Chapel of All Saints at Wardour Castle, close to where Jess grew up, before everyone gathered at Pythouse Kitchen Garden (@sprigsco) in Tisbury. Family and friends filled the gardens as a choir performed outdoors and oysters (@oysterboyevents) were being served, creating a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere that carried through the entire day.

One of the most touching parts of the wedding was witnessing the relationship between Jess and her mum. They shared such a beautiful bond, more like best friends than mother and daughter and it was clear how much they meant to one another. Together, they had even made the wedding cake the night before the wedding, making it one of the most personal details of the day.

As the evening unfolded, a brass band (@newyorkbrassband), live music (@bronteshande) and a packed dance floor brought the celebrations to life. Surrounded by an incredible group of family and friends, Jess & Tanc's wedding was filled with laughter, heartfelt emotion and the kind of moments that will be remembered for years to come.
