Behind Liam Bowler Weddings
My journey into photography began unexpectedly. After recovering from two collapsed lungs as a teenager, I spent a lot of time at home and discovered an old family film camera. I started taking it with me on quiet walks, photographing people, everyday life and the moments of connection that often go unnoticed. Street photography quickly became a passion, and it naturally led me to documenting weddings.
Today, I'm drawn to celebrations centred around genuine emotion, meaningful connections and time spent with the people you love most. I take a calm, unobtrusive approach, allowing your day to unfold naturally while I quietly preserve the moments that make your story uniquely yours.
I'm also lucky enough to work alongside my fiancée, Emily, who is the Studio Manager at Liam Bowler Weddings. Together, we make sure your experience feels relaxed, personal and seamless from your very first enquiry through to the delivery of your photographs.
I create timeless, honest photographs for couples who value genuine moments over perfection.
