Ami and Jordan’s wedding at Ellingham Hall was one of those days filled with warmth, elegance and an incredible sense of joy from beginning to end.

Ami was an absolute ray of sunshine throughout the day, effortlessly happy, full of energy and with a smile that seemed to light up every room she walked into. Alongside Jordan, the two of them brought such a relaxed and playful energy to the day, making it incredibly easy to capture the moments as they naturally unfolded.

Set within the beautiful Northumberland countryside, Ellingham Hall provided the most stunning backdrop. The elegant country house and sweeping grounds created a timeless setting for the celebrations, with peacocks wandering through the gardens during the drinks reception adding an unexpectedly magical touch to the afternoon.

Once the formalities were over, Ami and Jordan took some time to explore the grounds together for a series of more editorial portraits. We had a lot of fun creating these images, making use of the architecture, gardens and beautiful evening light while working alongside @RueRoseFilms to capture the day on video too. The result was a mixture of natural documentary moments and more considered, editorial photographs that felt completely true to them.

As the evening arrived, the atmosphere shifted from elegant country-house wedding to an all-out celebration. The dance floor was absolutely buzzing, with @Thegatenbys providing the soundtrack and keeping everyone on their feet well into the night.
